Candidates and employees agree to timely communication with us regarding job availability, status, or issues.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide clear job descriptions, expectations, and safety standards for each position.
Clients must promptly communicate any concerns or changes during the assignment.

4. Placement and Fees

Client placement fees will be outlined prior to assignment and are payable as agreed in the contract.
Employee wages, benefits, and taxes will be handled by us as the employer of record.

5. Confidentiality

Employees and candidates must keep all client, company, and applicant information confidential.
We respect client and employee privacy and do not disclose personal or business data without consent.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from employment or staffing services.
Employees and clients must address disputes directly with each other or as outlined in a formal contract.

7. Termination of Agreements

We reserve the right to terminate employee assignments or client contracts for violation of these Terms or based on mutual agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution
